1. Service
Caply provides server-side event routing for Meta Pixel and Conversions API. The service is offered by the operator of the Caply service available at trycaply.com. By creating an account you agree to these terms.
2. Accounts and billing
Pro and Team subscriptions are billed by Stripe after a 14-day trial (card required) unless cancelled. There is no free Caply workspace. Usage above plan limits is throttled. You can manage or cancel in the Stripe customer portal. Fees are exclusive of applicable taxes.
3. Your responsibilities
You are responsible for Meta Platform terms, a lawful basis for processing end-user data, and implementing consent where required. You must not send fraudulent events, scan sites you are not authorized to test, or attempt to bypass plan limits. We may suspend accounts for abuse.
4. Data processing
When you send event data about your customers, we process it as your processor under the Data Processing Addendum.
5. Availability and liability
The service is provided as-is. We do not guarantee Meta match rates or ad performance. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability in any 12-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. This does not limit liability that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
